Anas Bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that The Messenger of Allah (May peace and blessings be upon him) used to observe Fast till it was said that he had observed Fast, he had observed Fast (perhaps never to break it), and he did not fast till it was said that he had given up Fast, he had given up Fast (perhaps never to observe it).

My story begins in the fall of 2003. I was taking a writing class in college and was assigned to write a paper on a controversial issue. I chose “Religion and Women's Rights.” I chose this topic mainly to annoy my evangelical writing instructor.
